What SIV is

SIV is a free Discord bot: welcome cards, music, levels, moderation, button roles, events, reminders, polls, temporary voice rooms, free game alerts and a web dashboard to configure it. There are no paid features; donations are optional and give no advantages.

Acceptance

By using SIV, adding it to a server or opening its dashboard you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including age requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use SIV for: spam or mass messages; harassment, threats or illegal content; bypassing the bot's or Discord's limits; trying to exploit bugs, access other servers' data or overload the service; playing content you don't have the right to share.

Each server's administrators are responsible for how they configure and use the bot in their server (for example moderation, logs and roles).

Music and third-party content

Music comes from external services (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and others) and is subject to their terms. SIV does not host or sell content. Free game alerts use public data from GamerPower: always check the store's conditions before claiming.

Availability

SIV is provided as is, for free and without warranties: it may have bugs or downtime, change, or stop working at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages or data loss resulting from use of the bot.

Suspension

The developer may limit or block use of SIV (for example feedback, or the whole bot) for users or servers that break these terms.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the last update. Continuing to use SIV after a change means you accept it.
